Pleasantly surprised with the good service, it’s great for those little maintenance jobs on your car, things like bulb changes and battery changes. They will do it for you for a small fixed fee. I needed advice on bulbs and oil and the guy who fitted my bulb kindly put the oil in for me too and gave me advice. Just very handy!

Also do bikes, camping accessories and all sorts of motor accessories.

Wow! Extremely helpful person took us through my son's bike in exceptional detail, made final adjustments to the bike, offered fantastic advice. Maj, you were amazing!

Great Service and good work done on my bike.Emma was outstanding with her customer service to me ,explaining AND pricing everything as she went about the notes on my bike after the health check.Emma made me feel i had brought my bike to the right place.The work on the bike was done to a high standard. Any issue with my brakes ,tyres or my bike in the future this is where I will be going too. Go, Halfords Woking , GO GO GO :)

Done fantastic job pipped in first thing with shifter issues fixed within a hour new shifter and derailer keiren the bike mechanic top man

Front light bulb fitting, found the bulb on Halfords website, turned up an hour later to install. Without fuss bulb was replaced. Great value, very happy with the service I received. Shop is well stocked with two floors, lots of parking also,

Bought new inner tube which was fitted by the very polite gent,
Maj who I have met before, an asset to Halfords this was carried out on the spot with no waiting..
Also advised on puncture repair kit which I subsequently bought.

I bought a bicycle from this shop a year ago and am very pleased with it. I’ve had it serviced there too. The main thing I like about the place is that the youngsters working there are a nice bunch of personable, polite and knowledgeable folk. Another nice thing is that they go the extra and fit accessories that I buy there. I recommend this store.

It was exciting to collect my new bicycle in store on 15th. It was built in 20 minutes and I rode on it for 30 minutes the same day. The next day, the rear tire was flat and fell apart. Headed back to the shop, waited and checked. No puncture found and the screws were all fitted tight again and then good to go. The third day, I saw my bike, the rear tire was FLAT again. Drove back to the shop again. I’m not sure what am I supposed to expect for a new bike built in store. So frustrating and time consuming.
The guys are nice and helpful but I’m not happy with driving the bike back so many times in the first three days. And it’s not fixed yet.
