Halfords Yeovil Store

Excellent service today thank you . There were no book able slots for a child seat fitting on the internet when I purchased the item until Oct 5 th but the guy in store gave me the service and time so he went the extra mile and was very professional too. Will be trying the seat tomorrow.

Went for a car radio check by Paul the audio fitter. Today an it was a very calm an great visit. He did explained evetything I ask an even gave me good advice. The 10 point check I had also was quick. Would reccomend to anyone.. thank you

This is not in any way to do with the staff I have delt with as they have been helpful, its the company I have an issue with. Halfords you need to sort your lack of staff out! Whenever I have been in your stores in the last few months no matter where, it's like walking into an unmanned shop! Customers waiting all over the place to try and get seen and the one member of staff that can be found gets inundated with all the requests! It's not fair on them trying to deal with everyone and taking the flack for the fact people are waiting around for 20 minutes just to ask a question. A company of your size should be able to employ more than 2 members of staff for shops of your size! Sort it out before the staff you do have get fed up and move on.

Paul was amazing! He did a fabulous job helping choose and then he installed my new car radio. Nothing was any trouble and he went above and beyond to find the right solution. Really exceptional. I am SO chuffed!

Front till not working. Assistant got wrong wipers off shelf. Young lad could not fit them and one short. Had to go back to till at back of shop. Had to get walker out of car. Had to pay extra 79p. Disabled and walking down the shop yoo far. Fitter fitted wipers ok.

Brilliant customer service. Our item was ordered for click and collect. When we arrived, the item could not be located so the Store Manager made certain we left with an upgraded item. Thank you for your help Halfords team.

Excellent service. Very helpful technician. I drive a Peugeot and nothing electrical seems easy on a Peugeot!! But I received polite and helpful service and drove away a a happy customer!!

Had to get a fog light and halfords being the go to car parts place went there. Found one easy enough, even though the searching computers were not working in store. Paid for the fitting foolishly.

Went back into the store after waiting 20 minutes only to be told the fitter had fitted the new bulb, even though i had it in my hand. They wouldn't be available for the next hour or so as they were now on a break.
