Euro Car Parts, Bury St. Edmunds

Ordered a couple of wipers from them via their website. Picked the click and collect option and picked them up 10mins later.
Served by a polite young man with a beard, in shorts.
Very painless experience, only set back was I had to wait for someone to come to the kiosk, I waited for about 5 mins as they were outside, I was the only customer in the shop. Maybe install a bell or door alarm to make staff aware.

Hi, nothing against bury branch, but company n their customer service is a utter shambles. Bought a starter motor, picked the most expensive option Bosch, booked garage took a day off just for the part to be too long and don't fit, funny enough so called Bosch part had no Bosch markings on it, ordered Lucas one that fit perfectly. Lost time and money having to pay garage twice n loose my time n petrol money traveling constantly. Still waiting for some kind of compensation... Stay as far as you can from this company...

Someone decided to put my order back into stock, even though I went to pick it up a day before the deadline on the email!
Then to add insult to injury, try to charge more to buy it again!
They obviously have too many customers.

Great experience this afternoon. 1 Member of staff was clearly under pressure from constant phone calls and volume of customers in the shop, however he maintained good customer service and ensured that everyone was assisted efficiently. I had a click and collect order and cannot fault the service received, Thank you.

I came in and the tyre I needed wasnt in stock so Chirs went out and collected it for me, there was another male that was also lovely who did my tyre, lovely staff would recommend :)

Staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Store was neat and tidy.

Picked up some parts must say the young lad on the counter was good at his job very pleasant young man they hold some good stock but you can order in like I did there is a car park outside the shop but I would say its a bit small overall service and staff we're spot on

Great place to buy car parts when urgently needed. HOWEVER, stuff is overpriced.And even when they have special promotion it's not worth it.
For some tools you may need, check out Screwfix next door. Saved myself 50 £ today. They sell similar items for half of price. Overall customer service 5 * Prices 3* item quality ( unable to rate as you can choose higher quality or lower)
