Rosie and David gave amazing service when struggling to have dash cam removed due to part exchanging my car. I went in to store to ask if they would be able to put it back in new car if car dealership removed it from current car. Luck was on my side as David was stood at the kiosk and his appointment for that time had cancelled. Instead of turning a blind eye he opted to remove my dash cam for me there and then and Rosie booked me in for the installing at the same time. Both were very accommodating, friendly and professional. Just had the camera installed in to new car and again amazing service provided.

Having bought my bike from Halfords 6 months earlier I booked it in to have the brakes fixed. For some time they had not been releasing. I left it with them for half a day and when I picked it up they told me the chain is rusty and I need new brake pads. They hadn't made any attempt to fix the problem I had told them about. If I wanted to have the brakes fixed I would have to leave it with them a week as their seemingly only bike mechanic was off work! Surely a national company like Halfords could have more than one person available? Also, it would cost at least £50 just to be looked at. Parts would be extra.
I wasn't going to wait for such an appalling and expensive service from Halfords, so booked the bike in at Motosave where it was fixed quickly and for £28 in total.

My child's car seat broke within two years and I went to the store with my electronic receipt and they sorted it straight away and took my old one from me as well. Alex served me and was really very knowledgeable about children's car seats. Because of this I ended up with what I now realise is a much better car seat now she is older and it was much more fitting for her age now. Alex also fitted it for me and I am very confident about how he has done it and showed me how to do it. I just felt very confident and thought the customer service from him and the other gentleman at the counter was very good.

I had a chip in my windscreen and the guy got my car in straight away and then went above and beyond to sign me up to get £5 off the cost. I had all sorts of issues with my phone to sign up but he was really patient and really helped me and made my day better. Highly recommend

Shocking customer service went to buy a bike costing £1100 staff couldnt be bothered at all . Dont know how these people keep their jobs. The small guy with the attitude is the worse. Took my money elsewhere.

Picked up low beam bulbs ordered previous day. When in store I asked if anyone was available to fit. The young man Harry who was serving me said I'll do it for you. Task carried out immediately. Excellent customer service given by pleasant young man.

We were out helping move home contents when our car wouldn’t start . After a family member suggested the battery wasn’t holding its Charge we drove to Halfords in Selby where the young lads were extremely helpful and within 20 mins we were on our way , great service , would recommend to anyone

Needed a battery. Went to Pontefract store who didn't have one in stock. After ringing around located one at Selby who put it aside and fitted it as soon as I arrived.
