Halfords - Worcester

Went to get my daughter a birthday bike. She picked 1 she wanted just for them to say oh we don't stock that it will be 2 days. Just don't advertise or put on show kids bikes if you haven't got them in stock. You haven't got to tell them they can't have the 1 they want. Luckily enough argos had it in stock and £20 cheaper

Today's date is 28th August. I picked up the engine gasket sealant (not cheap) at the store via click and collect. When I got home and read the packaging, the best before date is 10/2022 which means that I have paid £12 or £14 (I forget which) for a one time use item. I am frankly disgusted but had little alternative given that it is Sunday and I work all week.

Outstanding, top quality service received this morning from Tom and Ben at the Worcester Branch, Black Pole Retail Park.
These two employees deserve recognition from their bosses for excellent service. Efficient, knowledgeable and polite.

Had a head unit fitted by Rich who was excellent and was extremely helpful with all the details. When booking the initial assessment session the booking system was down. I spoke to someone at the central call centre number and had a little trouble with their accent and my duff hearing, but they were very polite and happy to repeat things, and they said that they would book me a session manually if I ordered the unit upfront. When I arrived for my appointment the unit was ready and waiting, all aspects from booking the assessment, having the assement done, to getting the unit fitted by Rich with all features that involved compatibility with the vehicles controls fully working, went smoothly. Very pleased with the service from Halfords on this occasion.

A bit expensive but convenient and seems well stocked and fairly tidy. What lets this place down is staff who are clueless about customer service. I don't think I will return here. I'll go to Malvern where i get superb, attentive service. Sorry.

Customer service yesterday from Alistair was 1st class representing Halfords Blackpole.
This employee is a credit to them. Grandaughter purchased her first car Friday & we went to sort front bulb out , wow, we had the free tyre, battery & screen wash check too. During the check Alistair did, i advised her to watch & learn for future reference. He explained to my grandaughter where to & how to conduct these checks which we thought was very considerate of him. We recieved such a professional service from him & wish to express our sincere thanks. We will ensure we return for any future motoring needs especially with such professional
employee's like Alistair. Thank you Alistair.

Avoid! ! The cycling section.. The staff have no knowledge about bikes or bike parts!!! Or anything to do with bikes!!and to be honest not sure they know where they are?? And the staff who were on shift today just stand there with there hands in there pockets mumbling noises when asked questions!! Shameful really when customers spend alot of money here for this treatment!!

Thursday 29th December approx 8.45am went to worcester Blackpole store to have my key batteries replaced. The guy (didn’t get his name sorry)on the desk was so very helpful. I was so grateful as we were travelling to wales
