Halfords - Chesterfield

Ordered a bike battery on line with a quoted delivery date and time. Went to collect it, but was told that the battery hadn't even been' picked ' at that time, and would another couple of days. Still nothing on the order tracker so phoned the help team. Told it was on it's way and would be at the collection point later that day or the next So next day phoned help team again Couldn't locate the battery. Still nothing on the tracking system. Eventually got a call from the store manager to say it had arrived there..

The Halfords tracker is a frustrating process and never seemed to show what was happening to my order.

Very helpful, cheerful, polite and knowledgeable team. Repair was done quickly and at a reasonable price. Will definitely use them again and going to open a service plan. Big thank you and keep up the good work.

Bought a car seat from Chesterfield Halfords couldn’t fix my self .ask for the help who was in the desk he said too early that time . Ask me to come afternoon. Then I went there again there was guy call Matt who refused to fix that in such rude way.he asked me to get the refund instead of fixing it.

I cannot praise and thank the staff Chesterfield Halfords enough. Needed a headlight bulb replacing. I was a bit late going but the staff were excellent and fitted me in. I asked for some advice on bikes for myself and getting my son's road bike serviced whilst I was waiting. Really friendly and knowledgeable staff. I had no idea that Halfords did all that and at such reasonable cost.

Had a last minute flat on my daughters bike and was heading away. I called in and the staff were friendly and accommodating, changed the inner tube on the spot. Matt was brilliant, very careful work and also added slime. Very grateful, highly recommend.

Because of the holidays and not using my car for over a week my battery was completely dead.Should I buy a new battery or the smart charger. I picked the charger because it was the cheaper option. After 12 hours the battery was fully charged. Instruction was clear. Very pleased and saved me from buying a new battery. And really all this was possible today because Halfords was open on New Years Day. Happy new year Halfords team you do a great job.
