Great choice and variety, but of a wait after being asked to wait, then we were forgotten about. Then we were told we were in the wrong place. The young man who did help us was really nice and apologetic and did sort us out in the end

Visited store today to order a new number plate - job done really quickly and easily. Staff were also really knowledgable about advising what was needed for driving abroad as well as offering solutions for a bodywork repair. Really good overall experience - please pass on my thanks your in-store team for all their help.

Great service! Went there to get a couple of bulbs fitted (headlamp had blown the night before). Was served straight away, bulbs replaced with new ones and done in minutes. The person who helped me was friendly and professional 👍🏽

After a few issues to begin with and l review l removed l am more than happy with the outcome. New radio fitted and excellent customer service. Thanks

I had to visit Halfords in Kettering today and I must say it was a great experience. I was served by a young man named Olly and he was brilliant. He made sure I was ok and went above and beyond to help me all the time with a friendly smile.

Went in to buy a child's car seat, Adam who served us was very helpful and extremely knowledgeable taking the time to demonstrate how it would fit in our car. Very pleasant experience and great customer service!

Great item but was disappointed that I had to try and get a bike down two lots of stairs by myself. After calling for help, my elderly dad had to help who was downstairs. He wasn’t too happy either as he wanted an item downstairs and was told that as it was out the back and they couldn’t leave the desk he couldn’t buy the item! So obviously lost the sale!

Came in today, (kettering) wasn't too sure on the battery I needed, olly helped to double check it was right one, fitted it aswell really good, he might remember me (blue jaguar) thanks again.
