Used to be able to order online and pay at the counter. But now because you pay online only and more often than not the part is completely wrong I end up wasting an hour trying to get a refund for an already part refunded order. Waste of everyone's time. Instead of ordering online, call them. It would only work if the parts are the right parts but they aren't. They need to put it back to how it was because it's turned into rubbish. If I have to call the place I might as well call any other shop.

The opening time is clearly displayd on their online store and in branch. However, the store was closed 20 minutes before 6:00pm on a normal Tuesday ( no bank holiday)... irelevant information

The place needs more signs to be able to see where it is as it was tucked behind a row of big shops and there was only a very small sign on the gate which nice nearly missed. The staff were nice.
Only problem is they don't check their stock when people return things, I collected some parts and several things were missing from the box which meant that I couldn't finish the car I was working on for its mot.

Check your parts before you leave!!

Easy and inexpensive, I did my order through the webpage and at the next day everything was ready. They checked compatibility with my car and alright. I'll recommend it
