You can get almost any fluid you can think of here. The prices of products is good compared to other stores.

We bought a product from here about 2weeks ago & the lady who served us said if it doesn’t work bring it back for an exchange or refund. She was very helpful !
Sadly the product didn’t work and we returned it today. A different assistant accepted the product without a word and processed the refund. He was helpful & chatty and when my husband asked him about a different product he looked it up on his computer &said he didn’t have it in stock but could order it for the next day & we could see if it was compatible with our car.
Superb customer service & knowledgeable staff. Will certainly come back if we need something else.

No professional staff like shop,always some issues when shopping. Online items descriptions are so poor what makes lots issues when collecting items and then refunds

I've used quite a few Euro Parts places but this is by far the worst. I recently moved to the area and have now been in three times. The service is always awful. It's not just a one off. No one at the branch really seems to care. You only need to read the other reviews to know they have an ongoing problem. Maybe head office should take a look at the management.

Adam in the branch knows his stuff. I phoned for a particular brand of part and he asked why I wanted that brand. I said it was oe and what's on the car now. He recommended a better product for less money. A simple question led to a confident service in the future. Thankyou guys and Adam for the service.
