Had a roll of 3/16 Cupro Nickel brake pipe from them. Pipe would not flare correctly due to the outside diameter not being the correct thickness, and this kept slipping through the die

Not cheap to buy, wrote a letter explaining the problem, did not get a reply, not even an acknowledgement, they don,t care, so needless to say, won,t bother again to use them.

I was out of stock and normally use Beal UK , but in future, I will wait the extra day as Beal use a 24 hour courier, and it is cheaper, just thought I would use a local business,

With businesses going out of trade and closing outlets because of poor service and trade, they do need to up their after service. I lost half a roll through poor materials, no part refund either
