Halfords - Aberdare

I feel as if I have been conned. !!!
I was making a purchase when the assistant said “Tell us your email address etc and you qualify for a £5.00 discount”. So I gave them my email, phone and address. He then said “Sorry it hasn’t gone through on the computer, it’ll be full price. Ah well, no worries, I thought.
Low and behold I get an email from them, soon after I’d left the store, so the details must have gone through!!!! Cunning. I will be complaining.

Very pleased with my car check. Ieuan was a lovely young man who couldn't do enough to help me, he was very friendly and helpful. He even helped me out with my milk. I will definitely be returning.

always very helpful every time I've gone into the store, can't knock any of the staff they're all great but mostly delt with Jordan who will go above and beyond and do everything he can to help and advise

Went into the Aberdare store for a bulb change and had a full car healthcare check for free! Ashley Phillips did all of the checks and was very knowledgeable and kind. He is a credit to Halfords! If every store had an Ashley then I’m sure there would be nothing but 5 star reviews. Amazing service. Thank you!

Today I run out of petrol just before halfords Aberdare so went in to buy a petrol can spoke to Ashley Phillips who served me I told him what had happened and he said I'm on my lunch break soon, so in his own time took me to the petrol station across the road filled the can up for me as I've never done it before then took me back to my car and put the petrol in for me..he saved me a little embarisment by being a woman on her own .what a lovely boy and customer service second to none in his own time..thank you so much

Took the car to Halfords Aberdare today 30/12/22 for a new battery to be fitted, where they had plenty in stock. All the staff there were very friendly and helpful, great customer experience and service. Keep it up all.

Absolutely fantastic service from the staff at this store. I ordered a scooter for my sons birthday which was meant to be delivered to the store yesterday but it didn't arrive. When I said it was for my sons birthday which is tomorrow they went above and beyond going out of their way to pick up a scooter in their own time which they had in stock at another store so that my little boy could have the scooter on his birthday. I just picked it up and to say that the staff are amazing would be an understatement.

I recently visited Halfords in Aberdare on 14/12/22, unfortunately I didn’t have the best experience with a certain colleague. I am very disheartened and lost confidence within the store so I will not be busting again.

I called in regarding having a battery fitted on my car, I originally dealt with Gage who I had no problems with. But, Jordan, who is suppose to be part of the management team was struggling to fit the battery which in turn I think frustrated him. He ended up telling me to shut up and giving me attitude when I questioned what was going on.

Gage then came out to speak to me and ended up treating me like a customer and fitted my battery for me was a really nice guy and apologised for the way his colleague “Jordan” spoke to me.

Not happy with the service of the store in general but happy with the service gauge provided.
