Needed to find a suitable car seat that fit in the back with two other car seats so was a tricky task! Chris helped us fit it in the safest and most suitable way and when we purchased it he even took it out of the box and installed it for us (showing me how for next time) Nothing was too much trouble and he made us all feel very comfortable. He really is a credit to the Caerphilly store and I hope he gets the recognition he deserves 😊. Excellent service, will be returning. Thank you!

Popped in for new brake pads for my bike, sadly they did have any in stock. But the chap still took a look and my brakes, tightened them and even replaced a screw and washers which I hadn’t realised had fallen off, all free of charge! Great service, I will definitely be returning when I need more parts!

Sean was absolutely superb with customer service and nathan was absolutely brilliant aswell they understood the situation and made the process easier, and managed to arrange a refund of my electric bike.
In terms of quality of bike I would give a 1 star, it started off fine, but after a couple months I had almost non stop issues with it, all in all had essentially 3 different bikes due to different replacements over the 12months I've had it. Sean and Nathan understood this situation and I'm very happy with how they could resolve it.

I booked a 10 point vehicle check, the young man who carried out the check was friendly, polite, considerate and efficient.

Had a problem with my battery which was under warranty, I received excellent customer service from a member of staff, Taylor, who resolved the issue and ensured I will continue to return to Halfords in the future.
