Great staff and great prices but the new tyre fitter is SLOW if you need a job done quickly this won't be a good plan been waiting almost an hour. 7 tries needed changing before mine, I'm still waiting should have started work 10 mins ago..

Outdated place, people and more importantly - customer service. Take their approach to tyre fitting. You could have a retired boomer in front with four locking nuts needing removing and 3 people after waiting to go to work who need single tyres done. There's no allocation. Your time means nothing to them.

The back-street charm wears off v fast when you realise it also extends to the owners approach to customer relations.

If you've got an issue caused by them, it's your fault apparently.

You can look forward to awkward shoulder shrugs and passive aggressive posturing while using the constantly present queue as pressure.

Avoid.

Very informative staff, most helpful and very friendly. Also very good prices.

Use when i need to for my tyres. Never a problem. Good friendly service.

Trident has been running for years. The guy in the shop has good knowledge of parts and cars. Used them many times.
