Always good service, parts not always the cheapest but do fit well as they are genuine VAG, they are very busy, so sometimes there is a wait. Trade account setup can be on the slow side as well, as I registered 3 months ago but am still not on the system.

Very professional staff with bags fulls of knowledge and advice if needed. Parts are always very prompt if ordering parts in or bought over the counter. Amazing packaging on there products.

No customer service available for the public on the phone. I live an hour away from the shop and they are not capable of confirming if they stock a part. Only way of finding out is to come into the store. 2 hours of fuel on the chance they might have it is bad service and bad for the enviroment.
