Although the staff seem very polite and helpful, I've been here 3 times in as many weeks and not once have they had in stock what was required....

Good prices but always have to wait 5mins plus to be acknowledged at the store even when there is only 1 customer in front. You can hear plenty of staff are around but there is only ever one behind the counter

Click and collect. Speedy service. Plenty of parking. Even has paint spray on the shelves, if you're in need of a quick rattle can job on a a quiet Sunday.

Absolutely vile and unprofessional experience at Euro car parts Cardiff bay. I had purchased online some break pads and called up prior for a collection for break disks For the following day as they needed to be ordered in. When speaking to the advisor i had mentioned clearly if they would arrive on the day and that they were the correct parts as it was urgent due to my breaks being in a bad condition. He had ensured me and gave me a Garuntee that they would come. I also asked as insurance if he could leave a note on the collection order with my already purchased pads so it would be easier to come collect everything at once.

The next day before leaving to collect all my parts I rang again to get assurance before leaving my work which is located in St Athens. That if my parts had all arrived which I was told they were. So I’ve now requested for unpaid leave for 3 hours as I also had an appointment with the garage who managed to squeeze me in on the same day which was in Newport. ( time frame left work 11:30am and my car appointment was at 2pm)

I’ve now had the assurance that everything had arrived, so I’ve driven all the way from st Athens to cardif bay to collect my parts. The gentlemen at the front had got my pads but not my disks which I asked for to be together. 20 minutes later he’s come saying ‘they’ve given the wrong part and different part number’ long story short. What the company and the manager Michael failed to do was :
Show any empathy or apology for the inconvenience. I asked for a redress or discount on my pads for the waste of time and money. Explained I could provide proof of everything ( 3 phone calls, paying a deposit to the garage as it was a 2 week wait but managed to get a an appointment at 2pm on same day in Newport, advisor failing to check part numbers that he’d ordered for me as I wouldn’t have left work if all the parts hadn’t all arrived ) okay then I’ve spoken to the manager micheal and he’s been absolutely disgusting in attitude and not understanding or listening to anything I was saying. All I asked for was a discount on the pads and front disk I had paid for. He said NO !with no remorse or understanding what inconvenience and stress they put on me. As my breaks where at critical condition risking my life having no parts untill they could get them in. AFTER ALL THAT I CHECKED THE BREAK PADS AND THEY WERE ALL WRONG SIZES. I rest my case I will never use euro car parts again and advise no one to expect any professional or efficient service from Euro car parts Cardif Bay

I was running late to perform at a kids party as a clown. But on the way, my tiny car fell apart. I brought it to the shop and the cashier was sympathetic. As he shed a tear, I noticed that his makeup had worn off. Underneath the tan foundation was pale white skin. It was then I realised that he was a clown. Just like me.

I pulled 200 colourful tied napkins from my sleeve and wiped the foundation off his face. There he was. Pagliaci himself. I'm a huge fan.

He offered to fix my car for the low price of 20 juggling balls. Usually it's 80 juggling balls. But he gave me disclownt. I paid for the repairs and happily honked myself away.
Unfortunately I was hit by a Tesco delivery lorry the moment my tyres hit the tarmac. So I will be leaving a bad review for Tesco after this. Euro Car parts on the other hand, rabbit in hats off to you. You were honking brilliant. 5 stars

As usual, the staff here are brilliant. Very patient with customers in line that don't know what they really want, or try to pay the difference on a return/replace. Always fast and polite.

Sold me used spark plugs, supposed to be new Bosch platinum and they are blackened on the tips and dirty threads.

Llansamlet branch sorted them out, apparently garages try and rip them off sealing the packets back up.
