After meeting your staff I was surprised to see so many e bikes.The staff were excellent at explaining the different types and what they do. After choosing they then talked me through everything I needed to know about how to use it and also what the info-screen does. . After having a test run on it I was very happy with my purchase. I was treated with courtesy and manners and a big thanks to Kieran Jacob Carlton and Kevin. They are a credit to your store. I would highly recommend you to my friends.

Amazing service by Arty who fitted my vehicle with a new CD player. Speedy and thorough job getting my new CD fitted and it was well worth the money and the wait. The store was extremely busy and all staff worked very hard and well under pressure. Keep up the good work.

We called at the retail branch and a very skilled technician changed our brake light bulb in next to no time.
The work was done while we waited and with good humour and care.
Even though it was a very dark rainy day - we drove away knowing we were continuing our journey across the city with increased safety.

A big reliable shop for cycle and accessories. Very quick and humble response from the staff. Keep the social distancing norms in COVID times. All sort of services for cycles. Great service with an extensive shop. All types of adult , kids cycles are available. Easy to identify from heavy traffic. All sorts of lubes for cars are also available

very pleased with service, the mechanical check was thorough and informed. The checks made on the electrical system which was why I booked bike in for, again thorough and detailed as related to me over a call from technician Keith he also explained options
