A very well done to Colin today, who assisted above and beyond, with our discovery td5 radio fitting today. Knowing that he's only just recently been recruited, getting it fitted earlier than the appointment and coming off his lunch break to support us with connecting it up has really made my day/week. Got back to our home address and Dad was gleaming with big smiles, listening to Ben. E. King. A birthday present he'll always remember!! Thank you also to Geoff, a friend of the buisness, who came out from his home location to assist in soldering, testing and the professionalism that was shown to us was outstanding. Keep up the good work boys and we wish you every success in life and your employment, wherever that may take you in the future 👏👏 P.S Colin you managed to put a smile on my face today and made me laugh for the first time after such a worrying and difficult last 12 months/48 hours, thank you doesn't cover it.

Fitted multiple bulbs said that they were top quality.hopefully there are guaranteed for the statutory one year as failed with in 3 months . will be coming back for free replacement.

I walked into the store and asked a member of staff where I could find the item I wanted. I was directed to the relevant aisle, found the right one among a good selection and took it straight to the checkout. Excellent service .

After a very disappointing experience with the costumes support team who told me that they had booked my car in to have a chipped windscreen repair at the Aberystwyth branch only to get there to find that they hadn't, I was not amused, as I had rung them back to confirm, but the staff at this branch could not have been more helpful, Colin apologised on there behalf and made arrangements to do the work later on in the day. I also found the the information on your site is confusing as it says that you can drop in for repairs, but the store I visited first in Corby Northants insisted you had to book where as, the call centre said that you didn't. 🤔

Excellent customer service, nothing was too much effort, however the store appeared dirty & low on stock and somewhat dated !
