Great customer service. If they haven't got the parts you need, they will place a order. Or if you order your parts over the phone. When you get there they will have the parts there ready for you.

Firstly, The staff are really helpful here. Anything in the motor parts and accessories this is the place to go.
Secondly, The shop has started stocking bits and pieces for the caravan and motorhome enthusiasts. When I enquired about the caravan parts I was told we have a shop upstairs stocking for the caravan and motorhomes bits and pieces. Sometimes when you are stuck for that little part and you need it now, this is the place to go.

Always my "go to" place for parts for my car or van aswell as camping accessories. Pleasant,knowledgeable staff and great prices. What's not to like? I highly recommend Central 👍

Just wanted to give Rob a big shoutout from Central motors who went above and beyond for me. Not being able to use the car for near enough a week, uncertain whether it was the battery or lose positive terminal. He came out this morning and in this weather tested the battery first, before I’d pay for something that might not be needed. It was the battery 😅 which he replaced with a new one I had ordered in the shop of course and fitted for me whilst taking the old one away.
Thanks again Rob and to the shop owner for letting him come out, as they don’t normally do call-outs ❤️

Poor customer service very unprofessional very poor delivery of purchased items waited 4 hours for a battery to be delivered to myself under 1/4 of a mile from the shop! I purchased the battery from themselves & asked whether it would be possible to have the the lend of a tool to cut and crimp my battery cables to fit the new battery for a very sort time. A battery cable cutter due to no appropriate terminals found within their shop. I was told NO because they didn't want to be held responsible if it didn't work. What a cable cutter not being suitable to cut through a cable what a concept🤔! Any way I won't be using this shop or services again. Very poor show indeed. Advise others to stear clear from here at all costs or you may well regret it
