Brilliant. Discussed options over the phone late afternoon. Kevin phoned at 09.00 the next morning to advise the tyres had arrived. Fitted by 10.45 and slight tracking issue identified and adjusted. Thanks.

Failed on a fast idle for emissions. They were gonna charge 316 pound as they said the flexi pipe is gone/blowing. The car doesn't have a flexi pipe exhuast system and got it sorted with a new midsliencer which was the actual problem. Not a trust worthy mechanics

Discovered inhaled a nail in the sidewall of the tyre and unfortunately they did not have my tyre size in stock, they changed it to my wheel saver and actually phoned around to find a tyre in my size and didn't charge me anything for the job.
Well done totally impressed with the service.

Dexel took a look at a puncture for me and the tyre had to be replaced. They had some in stock but I wanted a particular type which they ordered in, let me know when they arrived a couple of days later and then fitted for me. Dropped car off and then simply collected at the end of the day.
Friendly staff and competitive prices.

I have used Dexel and its previous name (City Tire Experts) for over 20 years for tires and have always found them very good. I have previously written a 'glowing' review. This morning I enquired about the need for a replacement tire for my wife through an insurance she bought when purchasing the car last year. We would have had to pay for the work / tire replacement and then claim it back from the insurance provider ourselves. I called Dexel to check this would be OK as they are listed as an ETyres fitter and ETyres is one of three approved fitters by the insurance provider. Dexel were not interested in being part of an insurance claim and flat out refused to even consider anything that involved completing a form. I have since reviewed the form and the information required from the fitter is only facts relating to the tire being fitted and the damage to the tire being removed (a slow puncture in this case), therefore I dont really see any risk to Dexel, particularly as I would be paying in full and claiming back from the insurance provider. It is the business' choice as to whether they accept a Client / job but I found this very unhelpful and disappointing after being a loyal customer for so long. I will now need to call other tyre fitters and risk using another that I have no experience of.

Dexel repaired a bent alloy and replaced a tyre. Was looked after by Simon Hunt, who was polite, efficient, explained everything and went over and above to send me a pic of my damaged wheel so I can (try) to claim off the council. All done in the space of a couple of hours. Its called good old fashioned customer service, well done and thank you guys!
