This place is dodgey and rude. Took my mercedes for a diagnostic as my sensors were playing up. Was extremely rude and unhelpful throughout having my car when ever i spoke to staff via phone.Charged me 90 pound for diagnosis and then gave me back my vehicle with no diagnosis saying my car had passed all the checks but yet my sensors are playing up. Still charged me the 90 even though they didnt tell me why my sensors wasnt working which was why i took it to them in 1st place so back to square 1 and 90 quid down then within 24hrs of getting my car back the engine management light has come up which i believe they have tampored with my vehicle as they said from the diagnosis it was perfectly fine. My engine was fine when i gave them my car got it back with a problem then their telling me to pay another 90 for a diagnosis when they just told me my car was fine. Very rude untrustworthy company.

The best garage for customer service. Staff are so helpful and friendly. Update you on the work bring suggested. Prices much lower than a main dealership. Highly recommend to any Mercedes driver.

Avoid Avoid Avoid, took my car for a juddering issue. They carried out investigation to £380, after which they could no longer start my car and said if i wanted the car back i can get it towed to my house with the engine in the boot (ridiculous right). after having my car for over two months (crazy again) they present me with a bill for £5,300 for light fix and £10,000 for all new parts. paid the £5300 option and engine light came on after 2 days, sold the car the next day after that. Please DONT NOT USE THEM FOR ANY MAJOR WORK ON YOUR CAR. Always compare with another garage, no matter how charming and friendly they seem, its part of the rouse.

A family owned business with experienced Mercedes technicians who do a neat, thorough and efficient job. They diagnosed an intermittent fault when others failed and the bill was not eye watering either.

Just collected my car and felt the need to leave a review. This place is excellent. I have dealt with so many garages over the years but never had an experience as good as I had today. Everyone was so friendly, they kept me fully updated and informed of the works to my car and very cheap. Was expecting a hole in my wallet but just a small dent lol. I can't recommend this garage or their staff highly enough.. Everything was 5 STARS !!!!

So 12 months ago I embarked on purchasing a 2002 SLK230 as a bit of a project. The car has had issues given that it's 20 years old but the team at TEC have been amazing. From originally fixing a faulty fuel filter, to replacing the PSE unit and MAF, to general servicing an requirements. Nothing is ever to much trouble for the team and I now have a car that drives exactly as it should. If you get the opportunity to speak with Trevor, there is nothing the guy doesn't know about Mercedes and Laura on the desk is a pro when it comes to dealing with queries!! A great team who will not rip you off!!
