I called Tom at TWB in an emergency as my caravan lights had failed and I was stranded nearby on my way home to Scotland. He said it was likely to be my car tow bar electric connection and although very busy he would have a look. He found the fault and changed a fuse and refused any payment. Very professional and great customer service.

Really helpful. Was in a tight squeeze and the owner got me sorted. Not often you can fully trust a garage but I will always take my car here.
