Running a fleet of vehicle's for the past 15 years I have vast experience in using garages for everything from prevention maintenance to repairs and servicing. I finds CARS to be brilliant in all things mechanical. I truly trust their services.

Excellent...changed the battery in minutes and thevprice far cheaper than the dealer. Excellent service from reception to servuve...could not recommend this business highly enough

My experience of this garage has so far been faultless. From the helpful and friendly receptionist through to the skilled vehicle technicians to the owner Matt himself. They're a great bunch of people who genuinely want to help, which is a rarity for a garage these days. I for one believe I have found the best garage in Worcester and I will use them from now on.

1)garage had no record of work they had previously done,unitially said they hadnt di e it...very unprofessional not to keep records if wirk being done.
2)everyone knows a decent clutch lasts a lot longer than 30,000 miles!..if its a decent clutch of course...
3)i was promised someone would ring me...no one ever has i was just left waiting for days,no car to use and unable to do my job.
4)Reading other bad reviews and speeking to a friend,whos car you ruined,fobbed off,is being very kind.
5)You certainly did NOT support me as a key worker...you knowingly left me unable to work as no one contacted me and i was left waiting unable to use car,as yoy well knew
They broke my headlight when changing cam belt and attatched it with a cable tie,didnt tell me ,charged me for a 3 piece clutch kit .,didnt replace all of it...if they did it wasnt a very good one...as it then went again....they said i needed another 3 piece clutch ..only because theyd lost my info and forgot they had already supposedly given me one ..told them theyd not long already done this .they denied it as they didnt have it on system ..showed them my recipt..they panicked... tried to fob me off.. said theys call me...4 weeks later..no word from them,they know im a key worker and needed my car fixed asap ..but tbey lied to me and i had to pay agsin to have the job done properly elsewhere....

This garage is one of the best in Worcester! The guys really go above and beyond and honest with any diagnosis,the service is amazing, prices are very reasonable. Will never use another mechanic.

Great garage! Always friendly, helpful and go the extra mile when they have done work for us and friends that we have advised to go there.

My experience with Cars has been very positive I have in fact bought a used car. The Sales Team are very helpful and knowledgeable and go out of their way to answer all questions.
They go out of their way to give you a product which will satisfy your needs.
I met three of the staff Adam who was extremely helpful a young lady and a test drive assistant all very friendly and knowledgeable. They made me feel confident that I will always be able to return to Cars for assistance should I need to.
I am sure that I will be pleased with my car.

Took my old Mercedes to CARS to be diagnosed after it went into limp mode. I spoke to Matt who was very helpful and knowledgeable, he diagnosed the problem in no time at all, ordered the parts I needed which came that day and had my car fixed the following day, all at a really reasonable cost. Will definitely use for all my automotive needs going forward.
