Quality of service was good, but.....
Ripped off as far as price is concerned. Given an approx price on booking and charged £100 more than that for the service. So from 60 it went up to 160.
Use if you must but I'm never going back.

I called Dunn & Co with an emergency repair, following diagnosis at a roadside recovery. He ordered the parts immediately, they arrived within ten minutes of my arrival at the garage. The necessary repairs were made and I was relieved to be able to leave within an hour. Fantastic service, thank you again Peter.

Told me to bring vehicle in as I only lived 15 minutes.
Quickly diagnosed I'll fitting brake pads rectified the problem and carried out the required
repair.
Total charge was completely acceptable for the work carried out at short notice.
I will completely recommend this garage.

Very friendly and welcoming, happy to help me ASAP with my car trouble - popped in to see how soon they could perform repairs and they could get me in immediately, and had the car back to me within a couple of hours. Much appreciated and very reasonably priced.

It’s rare I give one star reviews to companies but on this occasion I am. My fiancé and I booked our Renault Captur in for an MOT and service and our bill came to a whopping £314.51!!! £104 for parts, £120 for labour, £45 for MOT and near enough the VAT charge too. Couldn’t believe £50 for an oil change!!! We’ve never, ever paid for a service at this price. The thing is, my fiancé cannot even drive as he has macular degeneration in his eyes and the car really is so I can get him to his hospital appointments on time etc. I’m never coming to this garage again. Not to mention, we booked the car in at 9.30, didn’t get the car back until 4, we rang them to ask how it was doing about twenty to one, they said they’d call back in about an hour, hour and half, but never bothered. I get they have to charge labour, I was expecting that, but seriously? £314.51? Steep lesson learned. Never, ever again. Avoid.
