Woodrow Garage

Our VW Caravel has been to numerous places over several years who put forward various expensive 'cures' for our poor start. Woodrow garage quickly diagnosed wrong fuel pump timing. Low cost simple cure. They also diagnosed reason for sluggish performance, something no one else has been able to do. It's early days but experience of 2 visits for problems has been really good. I would like to give 5 stars but remote communication could be improved. Face to Face communication and explanation of problems and proposed solution excellent. Just improve on keeping customer informed and could give 6 stars if there were 6

Good service and NOT expensive absolutely 5star service

Slow. Very expensive, endless catchup calls, lies and misinformation at every turn. Unwillingness to give any indication of price until the last minute. Recovery chap however was very good and totally understanding.

Edit: Paul from Woodrow garage has taken on himself to come to my home address with threatening behaviour because of this review, I have reported him to Norfolk police for this, my review I think was fair and accurate and if he wishes to reply to my review he is very welcome to below

Still no reply as of 20th June. Police have spoken to Paul about his behaviour and believe the situation has been resolved.

Reasonably priced garage but in a very convenient location as there isn't another petrol station for a while, other than the BP in Aylsham which is expensive. Haven't used the service area for a while but engineers are knowledgeable and not a rip off.

Fantastic garage and service highly recommended.

Paul and his team have helped us out on so many occasions. We have been stranded by our breakdown company, Paul and Matthew came and picked us up. The quality of work is always good and the prices are fair. I really appreciate the way they will go out of their way to help you out. Always friendly and up for some good chat.
