My breakdown agent tasked Nottingham breakdown to come out and fetch my car from Notts Audi after they failed to fix my car. Their driver came out quickly even though I was in a place of safety and loaded my car up in an efficient and professional manner.

I don’t usually leave reviews but feel that I should share my experience.
I called my breakdown and within 30 mins the technician from Nottingham Breakdown arrived, he informed me that the clutch cable had snapped on my car.
I asked if they had a garage that could do the repairs I decided to give their garage a try… after booking in and being given a quote my car was repaired the same day to my surprise when I had a call I was told that the price was less that first quoted as it didn’t take as long to repair. (How many garages would do that?)
The service I received from start to finish was perfect, all the staff were professional and friendly.
I can’t thank them enough for the super service I received.

Great experience with this garage after a broken spring over the festive period. We aren't local so were so pleased they could fit us in. They helped collect the car and repaired it to get us home in time for new year.
