As I have never been in a accident, I was made to feel safe and at ease, very pleased with the way I was treated by all members of staff, I was notified at each step of my car even with the back log of parts for cars it was a speedy and successful process. All other staff involved in repairing my car did an excellent job my car was returned to me in a pristine condition. I would recommend James Alpe again to anyone with the 1st class service. All the best for the future.

They are truly exceptional from the first contact picking up my car (the driver was courteous helpful and supportive of my concerns) I was kept informed at every step of the repairs with telephone calls and texts. The staff were professional and friendly they answered all my queries. There was a problem for them obtaining car parts due to shortages but they advised me ofany delays and the car was delivered back to me ahead of any promised date. The standard of their repairs is truly exceptional.

My vehicle had been backed into and after purchasing my car from here I didn’t want to go anywhere else. It was a non fault accident and Charlotte was very helping guiding me down the correct route! The repair was excellent and I was kept up to date throughly throughout. This was also during lockdown which I fully appreciate as they were running on very minimal staff! I won’t hesitate to use this company again and recommend to anyone I know!
