Extremely good service from the first phone call for a quote for a new screen wash pump and MOT. I was called back with a quote within a couple of minutes. Booked in straight away and the job was done effectively and quickly with telephone updates throughout the day.
All staff were helpful and knowledgeable and honest.
I would highly recommend them for any car repairs especially for ladies who are not as familiar with the mechanics of a vehicle.
Very good price and no hidden surprises. I would go back without hesitation and have already recommended to a friend.

I went in for what I thought I needed a quote to sort my driver's side door. The guy there got a screwdriver and tightened my door problem sorted. Honest and very helpful definitely recommend.

We started bringing our cars here when we had a VW and were dissatisfied with the local VW garages. That was many years ago and we have stayed despite changing cars. The Auto Workshop team are brilliant, reasonably priced , and we trust them.

Only had my MOT done there but will be returning to get my car serviced because I was very pleased with their customer service.

I don't recommend it for automatic gearbox problems. I was very disappointed with this garage. I talked with them on the phone and explained that my car was an automatic hybrid and that the trouble seemed to be related to the gearbox. They told me to bring the car around and forgot to mention they cannot do anything related to Toyota's hybrid automatic gearboxes, specifically the one in my car, for which they had the model before I brought it in. They checked it for 100 pounds just to tell me that yes, it was a problem with the gearbox as I suspected already and they could do nothing about it. Very unprofessional not to mention from the beginning that this is something they cannot solve. Now I have to take it to Toyota where I'll be paying another 100 pounds for the investigation. Very unprofessional.

I have used Auto Workshop for over 20 years. Winston and his team of mechanics do an excellent job, they are completely trustworthy and I have no hesitation in recommending them. The reception team Angela and Dan are also welcoming and friendly. Your car is in safe hands!

Following a warning light and noticable issue in my car (VWGolf R), I thought this was a repair that could cost me an arm and a leg.
I called up and Dan booked my car in. Having explained the problem they started to investigate following diagnostics and subsequent test drives.
Winston called me daily with updates and was extremely professional.
Having driven for the last 20 years I was more impressed with this garage than any other previously used and will certainly use them for my servicing and repair needs going forward.
Turns out the engine issue was a spark plug (I was told by the garage I had previously used they had changed them 7 months previously although I had hardly used the car during lock down (spark plugs should last 4 years or 25k miles), I'm doubtful now that the old garage changed them.
Winston was completely honest with me and I left with a car that, having also had a full service driving as though it was new.
Very happy customer! I have no hesitation recommending them and will be putting my partners car in for her repairs and servicing in the future.
