If I could give zero stars I would. Avoid at all costs. Booked my car in for an MOT a week beforehand. The owner looked surprised when I arrived to drop my car off, clearly he’s forgotten our face to face conversation and me booking my car in. Left at 8.00, by 15.30 it’s was still in the same place I’d left it on the road and I needed it back. Said I hadn’t left him I phone number I had. The appearance of the building is the same as the customer service and care. In bits….. thanks to the guys at Barrowford MOT centre who fitted me in at short notice on the following day. Give them a call instead.

Promised to look at my car for 2 days. After second day. He half heartedly looked, then telling me how to fix it myself. Joke
