Four Winds Garage

I have used Four Winds for the last 7 years. They are honest, reliable, well-priced and get your car back to you very quickly. I have never had any issues, and would highly recommend them.

I've used Four Wings for years (as does my husband/mother in law etc).....I recommend them almost weekly. Especially now after my service last week. They came and collected my car, so that I didn't have to take my new born baby out & about unnecessarily. It was then delivered back to me in time to go and get my toddler from nursery. I have no
worries about the standard or quality of the work, but in terms of customer care and infact general kindness they are above & beyond what anyone would expect. Isn't customer care coupled with great work a rare thing these days......I can't recommend them highly enough.

Used this garage for years, didn't think there was an issue but the last two times I've been, my car has had faults misdiagnosed and had to go back numerous times for rectification to the original 'repair', I've now find a garage that correctly diagnosed the fault & fixed it for a fraction of the price.
The two diagnosis were not not even related which makes me wonder if I too have had work done I didn't require & to what expense.
That's before I even look at the routine work I've paid for during services in the past.

Not happy with this garage at all. Have had two experiences where work should have been done on my car and it was ignored. Had a new battery fitted and 5 months later the car wouldn't start because they neglected to check the terminals too which the AA said should have been changed with the new battery. Took my car in 5 weeks ago as it was misfiring and had new spark plugs and coils. 5 weeks later, the car is misfiring again and has to go back in for the same job. Not pleased one bit to have paid for a job that has not been completed properly. Will not be paying for this repair and will not be going back.

Always use Four Winds. They have done an MOT on an an old car for us for many years now. They pick the car up and return the car which is so convenient. You can always trust them if anything is wrong to charge a fair price for fixing it. No hesitation in recommending Mike and his team.

This was my first time using Four Winds.
They provided door to door service. The mechanic promptly picked up my car at 08:15am from my home (given its the summer holidays & I've got 3 small kids at home this was an unexpected bonus to be offered this arrangement). I received my car back early afternoon with MOT passed.
Totally recommend & will happily use Four Winds in the future! Thank you so much

Took it for a new tire and to get the tracking done. Charged me 40 for the tracking and it was still off. Took it to another garage £20 and fixed. If he can't do tracking wouldn't trust to do other things personally.
