APL Independent SAAB Specialists

After spending the last few weeks attending four different garages in order to address an indicator problem on my Saab 9-3 with no joy, the RAC recommended APL Saab Specialist. Within an hour the problem/s were diagnosed and repaired at a reasonable cost. Great garage with both men Nigel and Ken knowing their stuff, well mannered, friendly and knowledgeable. Fantastic service, Ken and Nigel are top rate Saab engineers who certainly know their stuff. I am very happy with the mechanical work they have carried out on my 1993 Saab 900 turbo, a significant element in it's restoration. The care and attention to detail they have put into the job is second to none. I have also purchased a Saab 9-3 from them, a splendid car. I would not hesitate to recommend these guys.

The result is my car continues to be reliable and is a pleasure to drive, just like all Saabs should be.

Great guys here, who have worked on saabs all their life. I wouldn't go anywhere else with my Saab.

Excellence in customer service was always evident at APL, as was Ken and Nigel's Saab knowledge and expertise. A program of checks and repairs up to an agreed budget was undertaken, but two complex costly faults were discovered which simply made further work unviable because of our 95's age. We had to scrap the car. On our return to Kirkham, a very fair settlement was agreed to sell them the scrap car. The outcome was the best possible in the circumstances and we feel we were treated very fairly by Nigel and Ken. Our thanks go to both of you for all your efforts. Keep up the good work. One of the reasons I keep buying Saabs (now on my 8th) is the quality service provided by Ken & Nigel at APL - friendly, professional, knowledgeable & skilled - I wouldn't trust my 'pride & joy' with anyone else.
