St Johns Road Garage & MOT's

I've been taking my car to St John's Road Garage for years now and I wouldn't even contemplate taking it anywhere else. As a female customer, I've always found them honest, friendly, approachable, helpful, efficient, accommodating, they've always got me back on the road again as quickly as possible. They are happy to explain what's happening with my car in terms I can understand. Their advice has always been tailored towards saving me money, I really can't speak highly enough of them and would recommend anybody to take their car to St John's Road the next time it needs anything doing.

I have been using St Johns Rd Garage for a number of years now to service, maintain and MOT my family's cars and cannot fault them. They always provide an excellent service and are very trustworthy. Communication is excellent with any costs detailed up front, and are very reasonable too. I will always use St Johns as they give me peace of mind knowing my vehicles are in good hands. 5 star rating all day long. Highly recommended.

Have been taking cars there for years. Brilliant garage. Their instinct for solving more complex problems outweighs any other issues you would have against using any garage. Charge for time spent, rather than to the hour. Very busy. But then the best garages should be.

First MOT and service done here today as I recently moved to the area. Gentleman at service desk very friendly and helpful and got a text to confirm my car was ready for collection before midday. Would definitely return for future needs.

Very helpful and explained what was the trouble and showed me the part that needed replacing. Fitted part and texted me when car was ready to pick up. Excellent service. Would recommend and use again.

My cars handbreak is 'Iffy.' Since about last week, my handbreak would not go down all the way. This morning, I tried to exit a parking space backwards, and my car was having none of it. Long story short, my left rear wheel wasn't spinning, it had locked up, and I couldn't get home. A man pointed out that there was a garage about 50 feet away from the parking and he gets his van serviced there often. I drove my car to the garage. I dropped my car off and 30 minutes later, I get a phone call. The garage showed me exaclty what was the problem for peace of mind, and waited for me to say okay before he started the work. The man could've charged me £350 and I wouldn't really have a choice. He knew I was in a situation where I couldn't drive my car home, so he knew he could say any price he wanted and get it off me. "£120 + parts." The work was done, and currently my car is on my driveway working. Thank you!
