Auto Windscreens

Hi there, I have just had my windscreen replaced by this company and I could not fault the service they provided.
Right from the start the man that did the job was very polite, helpful and explained everything to me, the service was excellent and I wouldnt hesitate in recommending this company to anyone.
I waited in the warm in reception in a comfy chair and relaxed until the job was done.
It was a really easy transaction with a very lovely man who made sure ì felt safe with the Covid restrictions.

Superb service. Had repair done within 10 mins.

Excellent service book a appointment,meet on arrival by Lee informed me of the work he would be doing how long it would take, showed me the waiting area. Once the work was done came and got me explained what had been completed. Friendly, polite staff (Lee) would recommend them customer service second to none.

Great service & communication. The technician called me on the morning of appointment to tell me there was an earlier slot if needed. I took it & the whole process was completely straightforward.

The service we received was wonderful.Nick at King's Lynn was very helpful and did a great job.The whole service was great and We wouldn't hesitate to use them again and would recommend them to everybody It was so nice to see employees enjoying their work and going out of their way to help us out anyway they could. Well done.

Would be zero stars but ratings won't let me! Terrible service. 3 hour round trip to get screen replaced and they had ordered the wrong one. No apology and no constructive suggestions on how to resolve. Used local windscreen company in Norwich instead who knew what they were doing.
