Got my car booked in for a Service but later that day i found out that only my oil had been changed, nothing else plus when I paid. I didn't even get an invoice to see the work that had been carried out. Very unprofessional!

Requested full service.
Unfortunately only got filter and oil change and for £30 more than they were quoting others on their social media page.

No real explanation and no adjustment to price.

Will be going elsewhere and also asking my husband/family who use them to also now use elsewhere.

I called and spoke with Alan.Nice guy very helpful.I just wanted my Qashquai battery and alternator checking.I arrived at lunchtime.Dave was great and checked the battery and alternator.I will be going back for brakes,service and Mot.Highly recommended.

Avoid by all costs ...I've used this garage a few times and never had a issue intill my last time when they couldn't care less and after going in for a diagnosis and them telling my car was fine ..then two days letter my oil light came on and I broke down ..calling an they didn't even care till me my car is a right off the engine is gone ...rac attended and told me my engine isn't gone ...I got a second garage advice and they told me that my oil is bad and questioned if I've had a service as by the looks of the oil it hasn't been serviced ( it was in May by said garage )I feel angry that this has happened and going to seek advice from third party

Great local garage with excellent service. When Alan says he will fit you in he means he WILL fit you in. Not expensive but always reliable.
