George is a great guy and dependedable garage owner. I had several issues sorted on my car and he has been always very responsive and reasonable with charges. So much so that I have now recommended my family members and friends to him.

Had a coolant leak in my Vauxhall. They pressure tested it and the radiator needed replacement. Did a good job and gave a good price as well. I recommend and I will be coming again.

Full service and MOT done here in the summer. Excellent service and trustworthy people - will be using them always from now on

Went in for something minor which they solved without charge and were so friendly. Honestly from now on I'll be going there to sort any issues with my car. Real genuine bunch

Had worrying noise coming from rear wheels whilst driving on the motorway to Watford from Liverpool in my Honda CRV. My son phoned Cousins Garage whilst I was driving and spoke to George. George was fantastic and told us to come in the same day as soon as we arrived in Watford, as he knew we where going back to Liverpool the next day and it was clearly a safety issue. We where seen straight away for an inspection of the vehicle. George and his team where really polite, helpful and knowledgeable. I could not rate Cousins Garage more highly!!!!!

My exhaust fell off, took my car in and they ordered a replacement and fitted it within 2 hours. The guys are all really friendly and helpful, would definitely recommend

Look no further Watford. Throughout the week been in and out of 17 car garages just to get a diagnostic. Many have not even looked at my car and magically gave faults and fake diagnostics. However Cousins Garage have really a professional approach from first point of contact. They didn't make me wait around, saw my car within 5 minutes of arriving, plugged in there diagnostic computer and talked me through the error of my car. I can't not mention Chris the mechanic who walked me through the diagnostic, faults and reassuring the work that's needed and advising on day to day running of car to avoid future issues. Also his customer service skill is of high class service standard. Also the owner overlooked everything and great guy and reassuring sorry bud couldnt remember your name.(shiny white t-shirt guy and not a stain on it lol for a mechanic)
Not only will I be coming back but recommending, saving time and money for the people of Watford.
