Kwik Fit Head Office

Yesterday in the Slough branch, One hour after my appointment they still hadn’t looked at my car. Took them 3 hours to change one tyre and do tracking. They working at their own leisure. They tried selling me another tyre i didn’t need. All the other customers were complaining on how long it was taking.
Two years ago they did the same, 3 hours to change a tyre. I won’t be going here again. And they didn’t tork the wheel up properly. Going on the reviews head office don’t care as it’s one bad review after another. They know that people will still use them. So public you know what to do!

Fulham kwik fit is so awesome and they pick up my phone for emmgercy helping before just the time off of this day work… so they aren’t very kind and patient to help me drive my broken car with two flatted wheels … I was so so scared but with their kind and mercy so I managed to their shop and they’re waiting for more than 2 hours just for helping me… i cannot express my appreciation with any words…. Thank you kwik fit you have such kind and elegant persons like Mr.Casey and Joseph…I will be your customer all the life! Thank you -Casey and Joseph and kwik fit in Fulham!

Head office were wonderful. They sorted out my issues on the same day. Very professional and caring staff. A massive thanks to Elaine she was absolutely wonderful

Had the worse experience ever. Never go for Mot with kwik Fit in sevenoaks in orpington if you have expensive cars like lexas. They damage your car with bad scratches and blame on you.
They don't even have CCTV cameras. I took my car for Mot and got it straight back home. This what I noticed and they say we can't do it .I am complaining to trading standards associations and complaining about their services handling customers.
VERY RUDE MANAGEMENT

Took my car with no faults or warnings for an 'mot' and car now off the road and unusable. Put a complaint in to the customer service 12 days ago. Still no response.

I had a minor issue and spoke to Elaine in Customer Services. She was excellent - nothing was too much trouble and she really went the extra mile.

They didn't take the matter seriously about their branch in Walworth Road, London. First I asked them to change my motability car brake pad they straight away without checking which car I'm driving told me we don't have brake shoes today!! Then I asked them to check air pressure the branch manager said if you want to check it you have to leave your car here!! I saw t was no car in garage and they refused to give me any service. I never had this experience before in anywhere before. They treated me without respect and no manner. For your information this is more than 4 times they do it.

Had to pop in to ask technical questions. Staff brilliant, very friendly and knowledgeable. A great help. Well done to all and A happy Christmas
