Excellent service - I'm really impressed. I would completely recommend.

Took my car in to get the break pads changed. Had no idea whether I needed the front or back ones doing. They were checked for me. They didn't take advantage of the fact I'm totally clueless. I also took my car in late, but there wasn't a complaint. I was regularly updated, and it was done very quickly.

I feel as though the negative reviews haven't taken into account the fact that you have to pay for people's time, regardless of whether anything needs doing. On the whole, a wonderful local business!

From initial call to book service/mot, to being kept up to date re works required and up to and including collection.... cracking job. This is my second time using this garage and both times have been positive.

First time using this garage after 20 years using another. Got tired of myself and other members of the family having attempts made at upselling every time we had an MOT/service.
Dropped off at 9am and asked the nice guy at reception if there was a possibility I could have the car back by midday to pick up the kids, and that's what they did.l! Fair price for an Mot and minor service and no attempts were made at upselling at all! Very happy. Found ourselves a great local garage and right around the corner too.

Booked my car in for a service and 4 wheel alignment really good service at a fair price, staff were really polite and friendly and the receptionist kept me up to date about my car, got all the work done for me before the school run. will be using the garage again! 😁

I really don't like giving these reviews but I can only explain my experience. I broke down and choose this garage to be recovered to, because it seemed to have good reviews. I was told I needed a new radiator, as mine had overheated my car due to a massive hole in it. As it happened, I chose to not go with the £340 repair on my 20 year old car. I ended up driving 120 miles absolutely fine and losing no water whatsoever from the radiator, which didn't appear to have a massive hole in it. The temperature gauge was stable the whole way too. I'm still not entirely sure what the issue was, but it certainly wasn't my radiator. £30 for a wrong diagnosis, but I'm glad I didn't pay for a needless repair.
