A family run business offering good value , honest estimates and exceptional service. They specialise in BMW, Mini and Volkswagen but can work on any car. The premises are on ground level with easy access for people with disabilities. The staff are very friendly and offer free advice and no pressure quotes on advisory work. Appointment reminders are sent out via text. Nothing is too much trouble. I totally recommend this business.

Best service in the Christchurch area and beyond, they always go the extra mile and are the nicest, most knowledgeable mechanical experts I have ever experienced. Their charges are more than reasonable as well. I would recommend them to all without a moments hesitation. Don't get broke - go Burch!

I have an ex police car that has been littered with issues and they have completely transformed the car. These guys are superb, always go above and beyond. I wouldn't want to change to a different car make just because I'd have to find someone else. Can't rate them highly enough! If I could give them 6 stars I would. Excellent service.

called today to ask a simple question and on my first attempt i was hung up on after a pause of silence when they answered. i called back assuming there had been an issue with the line and i was informed that the reason it was hung up was “my colleague, our receptionist, isn’t feeling well, she has a sore throat and she just wanted to stop the phone to stop ringing” i’m sorry what?? awful phone manners in my opinion 😬😬😬

Booked in with Burch Motor Works for a full service & AC clean for my Mini Cooper S. The price was competitive all service history updated on both the car and with BMW. Staff are friendly and I would not hesitate to use them again for any issues.

Drove down from London to save money on a repair of a common BMW / Mini issue. Very impressed with the service, quote accuracy and general friendliness. Will be returning for all future servicing!

I drove all the way from London 2 hour and 47 mins drive, left super early at 5.30am to drop my BMW 5 Series F10. It was in for the whole day as I had a lot of work on it.

I did full service with additional on the day request that I needed looking at and fixing. They also carried out a electronic service book update. They done the automatic transmission fluid & filter replacement. They carried out rear differential fluid change. Engine performance increase and XHP transmission remap.

They done a great job. Very professional and friendly service. They have a proper good facility with all the proper tools and machines. I had regular updates on the work that was carried out.

I made a day out of it in Dorset and surrounding Hampshire areas while my car was getting looked after.

Thanks for you everything. I would highly reccomend. They know exactly what they are doing. It was like taking my car to the BMW dealer but much cheaper!
