I was served by Steve and I can honestly say that him and his employees are amazing and so very helpful! This is my first experience with Mr Unique and it will not be my last! They are quick and don’t mess around and they all know what they are doing! Very recommended

I am their customer fore more than 7 years now. Once you go to this garage you will never go anywhere else. Reliable, skilled and honest staff. Nice sitting area to wait if you have to.

New to Hoddesdon area, did plenty of research and thought to give this company a go! I’ve dealt with many independent garages before, but Mr Unique gave me confidence when I called and how professional they are. Small things like referring to my name when I walked in to collect my car goes a long way! Perfect transaction! Will be booking my 2nd car in next month! Cheers Lads !

I would like to say a huge thank you to Steve/Steven at the front desk and the staff that helped to fix my car in a quick turn around. The customer service was 7* they were all very friendly, efficient and extremely helpful in a stress to get my car back on the road as quickly as possible for me :) I will definitely use their services again!

Been bringing my vehicle here for a few years now and would not go anywhere else. First class in everything they do. From all repairs right down to customer service. Steve and Ian on the front desk are welcoming, helpful and knowledgeable and one of the many reasons I come back. Brilliant all round

Started well they took my car in at short notice to diagnose the problem. Told me I needed a new part and said they would call me back with a price/appointment... no one did. I called the next day and was told they would call me back in 10min, Days later still no call. Took my car to another garage!

Friendly, efficient, reasonably priced.
Always professional and went above and beyond to help me , dropping me to work while they had my car . People I recommended to this garage also always had a great service too.

Avoid at all costs! I went to MrUnique on 13th of October 2021, it was a recommendation from Nextdoor and I wish I’ve checked some real reviews before I decided to give it a go! I’ve moved to Hoddesdon recently so I’ve asked around for some great garage where I could service my Bmw 1 series. The prices are quite high especially top two knowing now that it’s not really a full service but oil and filter change only. I could save myself around a £100 elsewhere! Before I’ve left my car I did ask what can I expect for this price to be done as for oil change only it’s way too high! I was told not to worry as the full check will be carried out as well. When I’ve left my car key it was nothing wrong with it, had no issues whatsoever. It was the date for servicing that made me do it as due to a CoVid situation I have tried to avoid many as many places as possible at that time. I did ask them to check my roof also, as it’s convertible car and there is some minor issue (I believe) as the roof goes down all the way but does not close the bonnet (possibly sensor?) I requested a quote and mentioned that if it’s not too expensive I would go for it as well. We agreed at that time and I have received a call in the evening just to find out that they didn’t do much really! The roof that I’ve asked them to check has been left untouched. I was then told that for this type of service, they would have to charge me separately only to tell how much more it would cost to fix it! However he was cheeky enough to put that note on my receipt as if he tried or was even bothered to open the roof to know it! What’s worse? On the 15th I went for a little ride just to Enfield town and to my surprise the faulty engine sign illuminated on the dashboard! I was shocked as it was okay until that day that I gave them my car! I have panicked, stopped it for about 15 to 20 minutes, checked whatever I could to my little knowledge about the cars and after that period of time the light disappeared. At first I thought that it was a minor issue (one off) and decided to drive back home slowly, thinking that it wouldn’t happen again… On the 16th of October I went out again to Woodgreen and in the evening the same “thing”happened on my way back home! I was fuming! It was on Saturday so I was unable to flag it up or go to them right away. I did call first thing in the morning on Monday and the gentleman named Steve told me that there was nothing wrong at that time so as far as he’s concerned the job was done as supposed to! At first told me that all they did was an oil change and filter (not a full service as stated on their website), and that they would have to check what’s wrong with it suggesting an extra cost! I’ve switched! Told him that this is what they supposed to do in a first place and that I was told by his work colleague (who asked elsewhere first to confirm) to put my mind in rest when I was leaving my car key. Mr Steve then has changed his tune saying that of course they did that and nothing was wrong? We agreed to a free of charge check but only a quick one as apparently my rare tyres aren’t good enough to do the proper check. (Which proves the point that they didn’t do it in a first place).
