Very impressed with the knowledge and work received from these guys. Before my ownership of the car I could see I had numerous receipts for the CV boots. I again had to have these done when it went in for its MOT and service as they were obviously being badly fitted time and time again. They noticed straight away which parts were missing and badly fitted, ordered new parts and fitted on the same day. Very happy.

Booked in both my cars, 1 for a service and the other for a warrantee claim. Both were completed in good time and in accordance with the manufacturers requirements. Pleased with both the work, ethos and the professional attitude of the personnel. From my experience I have no hesitation in recommending their services.

Twice I’ve used VW service centre, they are honest, reliable, nice guys. Also considerably a lot cheaper on the occasion when other local companies quoted into the thousands... just waiting for them to open so I can use them a 3rd time!

And here we comes again,after more than 3 months in their garage,my car had 3 fuel injectors changed and turbo replaced,so over 3k for that job and apparently 2 days later, exactly same issues,no power,black smoke and high fuel consumption,on my call they said there's no guarantee for the fuel injectors,but might be a guarantee for the turbo. Anyway,I decided to bring the car to a trusted garage up near London,so here we comes again,because they didn't clean the whole system plus pump,pipes,tank I suppose to do the same thing,all 4 fuel injectors have to be changed again. Avoid them if you can!!!

I suspected I had a coolant leak on my mk7 Golf, upon realising this I phoned the guys at the VW Service Centre (Gosport) who were extremely busy, but still managed to find the time to fit me in on a Friday afternoon. They located the leak coming from the water pump and managed to supply and fit a new one in a timely fashion. Absolutely amazing service, from the customer care to the top quality work carried out on my car in a short time frame. I honestly couldn't recommend these guys enough, excellent service all round and will definitely be using them again in the future.

These gents were very friendly and helpful. They did an exceptional job for an exceptional price. I will be continuing to use these guys for all my car needs from now on. Would highly recommend!!

I took our car in thinking we had a major problem! No.. these guys sorted my tyre pressures and reset the sensor...free of charge. So glad we chose to go to this garage. Will now use them for our service and MOT! Restored my faith. Thank you so much.
