Very pleased with the service from The French Car Centre - and have had my 2 cars serviced, MOTed and repaired here. Staff are always polite and helpful. They managed to solve a problem that the main Audi dealer had failed to work out on three occasions - engineers who use their brains not just follow what the dealer computer says. Thoroughly recommend.

Called in for some emergency work to be done on my car, they managed to squeeze me in. The team were friendly and informative throughout the process updating me with any prices. I would definitely use again and recommend to friends and family - much appreciated!

Went in for some major work, but caused more damage doing so
Received the vehicle back, a few weeks later ,had a leak, a friend noticed the timing belt wasn’t on properly, luckily got it examined by another garage and was told the timing belt and tensioners were not fitted correctly and tensioned allowing the belt to slip, causing damage to the water pump.
It could have ruined the engine if not spotted.
I would avoid these guys, I’ve heard about other instances of issues.

Phoned the centre week ago discussed a leak on the suspension on my citroen c5 said that they could fix it. When i arrived they informed me that they wouldnt be able to fix it even though i explained the problem and they knew i had to travel 70 miles to them . They informed me that they had on 2 occasions recently the same problem on citroen c5 that they couldnt fix. wasted my entire day off on a pointless journey and also to add insult to injury they charged me £96.These people are not specialists not in car repairs at least

The service was exceptional. Caroline in particular was amazing. She went above and beyond, making sure that I could have a courtesy vehicle for the day when she saw that I was pregnant and had two little children with me and would have to take the bus home. She was so kind and thoughtful, it made our day! Carie

Bought my citroen picasso a 2006 reg from the 5 years on all good. Sorted my wifes car out after wrong diagnosis by others . Good service.

Fantastic service. A good and honest mechanic is worth their weight in gold, and you'll find it here! Fast, friendly service, excellent job on repairs and more than fair price. I won't go anywhere else now that I've found them!

Nightmare garage- I am 53 and I have been driving for 35 years- the Owner and mechanic of this place is the worst I ever had to deal with- dishonest and incompetent. I have spent £670 on my car and absolutely nothing has been repaired. My car is exactly as I left it. I now have to go through a small claim to try to get my money back and you can be sure this guy is going to be as dishonest as he can be, lying to avoid taking responsibility. ( on a good note the people at the desk are polite and understanding )
