My garage of choice for the four years I've been driving. From cam belts, to brake system refitting and MOTs to odd jobs. They've done the lot and always without issue.

in my opinion,there service isexcelent.been using them for many years,never had a problem of any sort.repairs are very reasonably priced,always pleasant,all in all 5 star,thanks for your service over the years,ill be back.

Have started using this as my MOT and service centre for the past few years as it was recommended to me. Very helpful staff, more so than any garage I've used before. Also very proactive, reminding me to book for my MOT via email and investigating repair costs for me. I also book in via email now which is incredibly convenient. Prices are reasonable and upfront as much as they can be. I can't imagine I will switch to using anyone else now.

I have used these now for 15 years never been a problem such friendly honest people. I'm a panicker and even if. I have an advisory I ask them to do ASAP but they say no need yet stop worrying where as other places would be happy to take your money rated 100%

From a friendly first contact to a diagnostic check, repair and service, everything was first class. Would have no hesitation in recommending them to friends and family.

Entrusted them to service my IS250, very happy with everything including the cost.

To be honest I was going to leave a 1 start review as I am very annoyed by Ian Jones but that would be unfair to all the staff at Jones, Ian Jones! you need to learn to control your mouth and admit when you are wrong, the way you speak to people is poor! (Happy to say this to your face) The ladies in the office are very polite and professional (please give Ian some lessons).
I have been bringing my cars here for 10 years + and if you know me that speaks volumes as I don't trust many garages at all! I personally will still take my car here as I trust Danny he mechanic to do a good job (and Ian as long as he doesn't speak) but I know my wife and probably her mother will not be returning after his attitude today (White Mini).
Ian learn some manners and people skills or keep off the counter & phone as, it takes years to build respect and a good reputation but it only takes seconds to bring it crashing down around you!
