Great service. Customer service is fab and very knowledgeable. Sounds daft but I was once told by another garage that I had a fault in a specific place when in fact Petersfield Garage Services found the issue elsewhere. Very happy with their service. Have used a few times and will continue to do so.

I was a bit disappointed because I have had changed a pin/bush on my front wheels in order to pass MOT. What a surprise that my car became very unstable after this procedure. I had a scary driving experience so I drove my car back to the garage for additional check.
After one hour check they fixed the car. The mechanic did not say sorry but instead said that the pin they changed needed adjustment.
I prefer my car safety and stability to be fixed from the first time they changed the pin/bush rather to experience scary instability on the road in order to understand that the car was not fixed properly by the garage.
I am very disappointed.

The people here are fabulous, if I could give them 10 stars I would.
Our van broke down on a Saturday lunchtime, despite being passed their closing time they answered the phone ✅️ and the great service carried on from there.
They agreed to wait until we were towed to them so they could secure the vehicle for the weekend ✅️
When we arrived they were on standby to help us empty our luggage 🧳 and put it in the office so that it wouldn't get wet if it rained ✅️
They allowed us to wait whilst family travelled to rescue us ✅️
They agreed to look at the vehicle that week and try to get us under way by the next Saturday (our deadline)✅️
They actually looked at it on the Monday and provided a quote ✅️
Van repaired and on the road by Friday lunchtime having fitted in 14 hours of labour ✅️

A local reliable and respected garage. I needed an engine oil and filter change for my car. After easily booking in over the phone, I dropped the car off the morning of the appointment and waited for a call. A few hours later, I got the call to say the car was all ready to go. I would recommend this garage and I’ve already booked my MOT in with them as well. I try and support local businesses and this one I would recommend to anyone.

I could not recommend this garage enough! I was late to dropping my car off yet they were able to diagnose and sort the problem I wasn’t able to have sorted at a different garage in just a few hours. They were also extremely friendly and helpful as well as their prices being very reasonable.

Been coming here for years and will continue to do so, good prices and friendly staff who are willing to break down the pricing of a job and explain it. Comprehensive list of services provided and carried out by professionals.
