Great service! I have dealt with Steve, and his team, on a number of occasions, to service, and repair, my SAAB convertible over the years. Have always been happy with the work they've done. Recently I had a difficult problem with the DPM filter which caused a lot of trouble even when a replacement unit, then a new sensor, was fitted. Steve and Stuart not only resolved the problem with another unit but also negotiated a refund from the original faulty unit suppliers.
I was very happy with the attention and service I received and felt that this garage went 'that bit further' than most to help me and rectify matters.
I would highly recommend this garage.

Great company helped me out drop of a hat. Oil leak, booked me in next day. Also looked at another problem i had. Fixed the same day and video done to show repair. Highly recommended used twice now and great rates. Will definitely be my regular go too. Thanks guys

Steve didn't even have to complete work for me but his honesty really is something that doesn't go a miss amongst other dealers.

Took my car to Steve this morning for a diagnosis with a "driver train"'fault; upon diagnosing there was a issue with the EGR, Steve immeadiantly told me there was a recall on my vehicle & could be done free of charge at Cotswold.

I'm sure other garages would have tried to charge me for the service.

Had an emergency on a Bank Holiday.. Rang Steve and he was super helpful. Breakdown truck dropped off at his garage ...started work on it the next day and got it back really quickly Great service...
