KNOWLEDGE BRILLIANT OVERCAME REALLY AWKWARD PROBLEM ON MY BMW X5M "FULL POWER NOT AVAILABLE" DIAGNOSED FIXED AND BACK ON ROAD IN UNDER 3 DAYS.
NOT OVERPRICED POLITE AND HELPFUL YOU WILL NOT FIND BETTER
Never take your car to this garage. There are no professional people available who do the job.
At first you will be greeted nicely with lots of promises that your car will be done quickly and for a good price. From the day you leave your car in this garage you will understand you made the silliest mistake in your life and you won’t believe these things happen in England.
Firstly the manager don't give you the agreement or any paper as a prof that you have left your car with them. (He will find the way to do it).
So, I left my new Toyota Prius 2017 to do a quick work on the bumper. Next morning I received an email with receipt from Dartford Crossing charge. I did call to the garage and ask what my car was doing on that crossing ? How is it possible? They said my car was taken to be repainted. (Rubbish)
They kept my car for more that a week although I was informed it would take 3 days to fix. All this week I was feeling anxious and I thought I am in big troubles now.
One week later I received a call that they can't repair my car and they are giving it back to me. When I saw my car I was speechless. They have made a big hole in my bumper and spray painted. They promised to me that they will order new bumper and will do the job properly in 2 days time.
So, I understood that I just have to be lucky that I got back my car and managed to do fix the car at a different reliable garage. I have lost a lot of money and time.
Now I think I should contact the law enforcement authorities because this is unacceptable and can't be happening in the United Kingdom.
