Great price for calipers and pads to be changed. During this difficult time we’re good at keeping to social distancing. Good timely repairs and all round pleasant service. Will definitely use again and recommend.

I have been going back to them for the past 5 years. Good team, good advisory recommendations. I had a nail in my tire one time and they noticed that. Saved me from having a problem on the road.

A little bit late in writing this review but is entirely necessary.

I ordered some replacement headlights for my imported van. Sovereign Motors kindly went out of their way to find some lights which they did successfully but unfortunately where the INCORRECT headlights for what I required. After numerous UNANSWERED phone calls and late responses to emails I received 2 new headlights which again were unfit for purpose. This was unfortunately as far as the customer service went.

Now with 2 headlights and 575 pounds taken from my credit card by Sovereign Motors they IGNORED all my emails, recorded delivery written letters requesting action and REFUSED to call me back. A simple case of GRAB the MONEY and RUN. They have no idea about customer service, they are unfortunately only interested in their bank balances and nothing else.

Simply put i have no interest in using their services again, no interest in referring them to someone else and I would avoid them like the plague. Should Sovereign require me to remove this post then by all means call me back and refund my 575.
