Absolutely outstanding professionalism from the VRT team really friendly and happy to help.

Emailed in got my quote back the next day and then got it booked in. I had my car collected in the morning for a minor service and Haldex Oil change. They did a vehicle inspection whilst it was there and pointed out a few things that I may need to look at in the future.
Christina called to update me on my car and take payment. My car was then dropped back home in the evening.

I will 100% recommend and use VRT again in the future for services and whatever else I need doing.

Update:
Had brakes disc, pads and fluid done here and they managed to fit me in the next day.
They have also recently done my MOT

VRT were recently recommended to me by another local garage when they couldn't carry out the work required on my partners car.

The service has been absolutely outstanding, so much so, that I will use VRT as my regular garage from now on.

I've since taken my car in for a service too and they collected and returned my car free of charge, making my day infinitely easier.

Everyone is so friendly - big thanks to John, Christina and Morten. They have all taken the time to explain things thoroughly and answer any questions. Never had service like this at any other garage!

I cannot thank the guys at VRT enough for the work they carried out on my Audi A3 (cambelt and water pump replacement, water housing unit leak and brake pads and discs). Professional, kind and great communication throughout. Taking the time to explain everything to me over the phone and via video before carrying out any work. Can't recommend them enough, my car is driving superbly!

I initially contacted VRT to diagnose the cooling system on my Audi S4 after* the main dealer had let me down. Ryan of VRT was able to swiftly diagnose the issue and provide a quote for replacing my water pump and associated parts. I was updated at each stage and was given detailed information whenever requested. I was later given my car back, with all cooling issues rectified, a clean bill of health! They managed to get the MOT sorted during and managed to service my car whilst it was on the premises ALL for what I believe anyone would agree was great value. Though I live in South East London, I'd have no issues with returning to VRT for continued maintenance. Andre.

Had a warning light come on my Audi A4, went to 2 garages before VRT who were unable to fix it or confirm what the problem was. Was recommended VRT by one of them. They ran a diagnostic test and were able to confirm within 5 minutes what was wrong and the possible solutions. Really helpful friendly people, gave me all the options with no pressure. I went back to get the car fixed, timescale was quicker than expected, got a courtesy car while mine was in the garage and paid what I was quoted, no more. Would definitely go back!

I recently had my front shocks and bushes done by VRT. I cannot fault them whatsoever!.. They are reliable and honest. Definitely recommend!
