Unlike some of those rip off merchants out there, no way would these guys undertake work that wasn’ t necessary or indeed load the bill.Great work at a very good price.Although not licenced to do MoT’s they will prepare the vehicle and arrange to have it MoT’ed.Highly recommended.

My dad recommended PGS around 10 years ago, and l wouldn't go anywhere else. It's a 2nd generation family outfit, they are very knowledgeable, efficient, helpful and thoroughly nice folk. They make every effort to fit you in as soon as they can, l turned up yesterday, out of the blue, needing new brake pads, Dan fitted me in today and managed to save my calipers, saving me £200, also filled the oil and it didn't break the bank. If you want good service and value for money l recommend you go see Dan and Josh.

They do a thorough job all angles covered and fully explained. Trustworthy and reliable never had a problem in the 20yrs I have been going there. No hesitation in recommending them.

I have been taking my car here for many years and the service just keeps getting better. Dan the owner is extremely friendly and approachable and will always go the extra mile, doing additional checks on my vehicle. Being female, I have encountered issues with other Garages where they have tried to scam me out of money for work they insist my car needs. Dan has always been super honest and would advice if he thought anything needed doing in the future but wasn’t necessary at the time.

They also offer a pick up and drop off service which is super convenient. The pricing is also extremely reasonable, which is hard to find these days.

I would highly recommend using PGS to anyone and I will continue to bring my car here. 5 star!!!!

Absolutely fantastic garage, I couldn't recommend PGS highly enough. My passenger side window had been wound down and was jammed. I called 3 garages local to me, 2 couldn't see me for a week and 1 said it wasn't the sort of job they would take on and could be quite tricky. However, they recommended PGS and they were so friendly and accommodating over the phone. They told be to bring it in first thing in the morning and the same morning they called me back having sorted the problem in 20 minutes. To top it off they said because it only took 20 minutes and was a simple repair they weren't going to charge me! I couldn't believe it! They were clear that it may need further work but for now the problem is sorted and the window is back up. Fantastic, timely and reliable place with amazing customer service. We will certainly be back.
