Cheltenham Porsche

Not recommended for any Porsche owners. These guys are not a Porsche specialist, they are New Barn Cars, and have absolutely no Porsche training or know-how, they are just looking for a quick buck by working on your Prestige Car for higher labour rates than they would otherwise charge.

They are not affiliated with Porsche or supported by Porsche in any way. Charged me £140 for a "diagnostic" which proved / solved nothing other than I had a flat battery in the past.

Bottom line is this - appalling customer service, If you like your Porsche take it to the specialist in Tewkesbury.

I have been to Cheltenham Porsche many times before and have always found my car to be in perfect working order, after a thorough MOT service. The staff are always on top form and they take the greatest care to inform me of any further work required. I was happily surprised, when I found out they offered a free loan car whilst my car was being serviced. Overall I would completely recommend Cheltenham Porsche Specialists, as the price is reasonable and the service is fantastic. Thank you very much, I will be bringing my Porsche in for an MOT soon!

I would highly recommend anybody with a porsche to take a visit to this garage. I found the staff both in reception and the workshop to be extremely friendly and helpful on both my visits to cheltenham porsche specailists. On both occassions the staff bent over backwards to help me, even offering me a free loan car whilst my own car was being repaired, they stayed in contact with me as the repair was on giong and informed me straight away once they had finished the repair. All of the repairs were carried out to a high standard at half the price i had been quoted by the main dealer. Will definatly be visiting again soon for my annual service. Thanks again
