My daughter who is at college near Gloucester had a problem with a noisy rear brake and took it in to Steve as he was the nearest local garage to where she is living. It was 2pm, he had a quick look, identified the likely cause and booked it in for 8.30am the following morning. Quote provided as soon as he had got the car up on the ramp, we agreed to proceed and the job was completed by lunchtime. Brilliant service from a nice guy. Thanks

Used twice and they sorted out both issues with my car each time. So far, they have been reliable and competent.

Absolutely awful, only went in to book car in as was told by the dealer I got car from to use this garage as engine light was on , I only live round the corner and the owners reply was ‘ I told him to tell u to phone , I don’t want the pressure , I ain’t doing it ‘ and basically laughed in my face.
Not exactly the best way to treat a customer will never use or send any one that way again.

This garage came highly recommended to me 5 years ago and I honestly would not go anywhere else.
After being ripped off a fair few times, Steve is by far the most honest, genuine mechanic I’ve come across.
