I have been using this garage for nearly 6 years. You get the best customer service and your vehicle is repaired to the highest standards. They don't over charge or make unnecessary repairs. They are honest and have high integrity. I won't take any of my car's anywhere else.

Used garage for many years. Helpful and reliable. Have gone extra mile with customer srvs , knowledge, options recently. Great place.

I have used this garage a couple of times to find a fault with my Volvo.. I would not hesitate visiting them again in the future if needed. The staff are experienced and knowledgeable. Kept me informed at all times. Would highly recommended 👌

Discovered this garage by chance on a visit to the Sphere Industrial Estate but so very pleased that I did. Great, helpful advice and fix this week of a nagging stop/start electrical problem. This is now my garage-of-choice for my V60.

Little disappointed with the service. Called up and the tech gave me some really good advise on the XC90 issue I had. I have some experience with cars and diagnostics. Felt happy they told me all I could do before taking it to them. So I left a note to state the codes I had for from my very basic diagnostic tool and the sensor I was investigating. Hoping a more experienced and superior diagnostic tools would help. Instead, 6 hours after drop of without even driving the car they call to tell me the fault code I already know. 🤷‍♂️ Well yes I flipping know that. £60 later I collect the car still in limp mode? I had good expectations at first and thought this will be the place to go from now on and was going to recommend my mate XC60 go to get an issue sorted. But was left a little frustrated, they knew from the call and the booking I was looking for some specialist advise. Drive the car and see the issue: let down by the service.

Happy to pay full Volvo rates as I’ve always done. Car is a £69k car and getting old so it’s concluded sell it. Buy a new one and let Volvo look after it.

Made a complete mess of the service book completing the wrong date and reluctant to make amends. Found that despite Volvo independent badge they can’t log service on the Volvo system. Not particularly cheap either. What’s to like? They’re local.

So professional, trustworthy, helpful, knowledgable and easy to talk to. We’ve been there four times now, they’ve always been upfront and honest about costs and what needs doing and (and this is an important one for me) we’ve never experienced the upselling with them that has happened elsewhere!!
